Phil’s expertise in soundproofing is second to none. With years of hands-on experience, he’s an authority in everything from domestic soundproofing to professional studio design and everything in between.

An authoritative voice within Soundproofing, Phil also fronts The Soundproofing Store YouTube channel, sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise with people all over the world. As Managing Director, he’s passionate about building on the company’s strong foundations, whilst his clear vision and collaborative style make him a key force in shaping the next exciting chapter of our journey. 

Jonathan Neville

Technical Sales Advisor 

Jonathan is known for his professionalism and excellent customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring every customer receives the advice and support they need for their soundproofing projects.

A brilliant people person with an eye for style, Jonathan is rarely seen in the same pair of trainers twice.

Sam Fessey

Operations Manager

With a background in sound engineering and experience managing a regional tool hire business, Sam brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and operational leadership to The Soundproofing Store. As a senior member of the team, he plays a key role in developing new and innovative soundproofing solutions while ensuring every project runs smoothly and customers receive exceptional service.

A music lover and sports enthusiast, Sam knows first-hand how vital soundproofing is. Without it, it's impossible to play the drums without disturbing his young family!

Claire Nicholls

Office Manager and Accounts

The linchpin of the company and office mum, Claire wears many hats. She's amazing at juggling everything from technical support, sales, processing orders and ensuring the day-to-day smooth running of the office. She's also an accomplished ballet dancer, super fit and loves creating her own quiet space when walking her two dogs Lulu and Rosie.

Steve Clements

Technical Sales Advisor

Steve brings with him his 80’s rock star status (minus the hair!) and years of experience within technical engineering. 

When he's not offering his expert advice to customers, he's entertaining the team with his amazing life stories and endless supply of dad jokes.

He usually starts his day with a 5K run and a strong coffee, no doubt fuelling his trademark sense of humour.

Tamzin Jefferson

Marketing Manager

With a background in sales and marketing, working across brands ranging from voice recognition software, kitchen retailers and some of the biggest magazine brands in the UK, Tamzin constantly looks at ways to develop our brand and website. When not sat at her desk she can be found clip-clopping at horse shows up and down the country.

Ian Manning

Senior Technical Sales Advisor

With over 16 years of technical sales experience, Ian delivers a wealth of knowledge and expertise day in day out to all customers.

The consummate professional and consummate joker, when not in the office he can be found shouting ‘fore’ on the golf course or travelling the world. There's nothing Ian loves more than a holiday (don’t tell Mrs Manning)!

Frankie Fyfe

Digital Marketing Executive

With over a decade of experience in sales and a flair for creativity, Frankie brings fresh energy to everything she does. She’s on a mission to make soundproofing look (and sound) far more exciting than you’d think.

When she’s not diving into digital campaigns, she’s likely singing along to country music, dreaming of Nashville, or glued to the latest F1 race. These days, her rallycross skills mostly come in handy during the nursery run.

Mike is a seasoned sales expert with over 35 years of experience. He takes great pride in building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering the best solutions to their unwanted noise issues.

When not at work you’ll find him enjoying his garden with his beloved dog Fletcher and cats Ted and Dougal. Whilst not a fan of flying, Mike’s love for adventure and British touring cars keeps him discovering hidden gems closer to home.
